This page explains the payment methods, transaction flow, product details, and related protections for purchasing digital services from FikaYard (operated by 菲卡雅德股份有限公司（Fikayard）), for your reference before purchase.

This site offers the following online digital software services, with billing for each as set out below:

• FikaMeet (Privacy-first real-time translation): In beta — official plans not yet public (online payment not yet open).
• FikaCall (AI voice agent for business · your tireless digital employee): In beta — official plans not yet public (online payment not yet open).
• WealthPulse (Your financial-freedom playbook): 14-day free trial, then NT$365 / year. Cancel anytime.
• inShow (Your short-video content workstation): NT$799 / month — a monthly subscription unlocks the full workstation.

The actual product name, specifications, and amount are as shown on each product's checkout page.

3. Payment Methods

• Online credit-card payment (supporting VISA / Mastercard / JCB and others, subject to the payment provider's support).
• Payment services are provided by "a third-party secure payment provider".
• Transaction currency: TWD (New Taiwan Dollar).

4. Transaction Flow

1. Select a plan (monthly / annual subscription) on the product page and confirm the order details and amount.
2. You are directed to the payment provider's secure card page, where you enter your credit-card details to complete payment authorization.
3. Once payment succeeds, the system immediately activates the corresponding subscription service and sends a transaction notification.
4. An electronic invoice is issued as required by law (if you need a tax ID, please enter the company title and tax ID at checkout).

5. Recurring Billing (Auto-Renewal)

Subscription products on this site use automatic recurring billing, which takes effect once you agree at checkout:

• First charge: every product offers a free trial (the length varies by product); the first charge is made at checkout, or when the trial period ends.
• Auto-renewal: after the first charge, the system automatically charges your credit card for the next period (monthly or annually) at each cycle, with the amount and cycle as shown on the checkout page.
• Notifications: a transaction notice is emailed around each renewal, and you can check your subscription and billing status in your account at any time.
• How to cancel: you may cancel anytime in your account settings, or by emailing info@fikayard.com; cancellation stops the next renewal, and the current period remains usable until it ends.

6. Transaction Security

All payment information is encrypted with SSL/TLS during transmission and verified through the payment provider's 3D Secure mechanism. The Company does not access or store your full credit-card number or security code, in order to safeguard the security of your transactions.

7. Invoices and Refunds

Every transaction is issued an electronic invoice in accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For refund rules, please see this site's Refund Policy; for other rights and obligations, please see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
