• Account data: the email, name (if any), and password (stored encrypted) provided at registration.
• Transaction data: order details, payment method, transaction amount, and time. To safeguard transaction security, your full credit-card number is handled by the payment service provider and is not stored by the Company.
• Usage data: login records, features used, device and browser information, IP address, and cookies.
• Service content data: varies by the nature of each product. For example, audio in real-time translation is not stored and is processed only as a live stream; text transcripts are retained for a limited period with the user's consent and can be turned off.

2. Purposes and Methods of Use

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, and to perform account management and identity verification.
• To process transactions, billing, invoicing, and customer service.
• To carry out system security protection, anomaly detection, and dispute resolution.
• To send service notifications or marketing information within the scope of your consent (you may unsubscribe at any time).

5. Data Retention and Security

The Company retains your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of collection, and deletes or anonymizes it once that period expires or upon your request. Sensitive data (such as keys) is stored using encryption such as AES-256-GCM, and reasonable technical and managerial measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to, tampering with, or leakage of the data.

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, with respect to the personal data the Company holds about you, you may exercise the following rights:
