Refund Policy

This Policy explains the refund rules for the digital services provided by FikaYard (operated by 菲卡雅德股份有限公司(Fikayard)). Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing; completing payment is deemed your agreement to the content of this Policy.
1. Nature of the Products and the Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period
What this site sells is "digital content not supplied on a tangible medium" and "online services completed upon delivery", offered as monthly / annual subscription software services. Pursuant to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 2 of the Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales announced by the Executive Yuan, such products may be exempt from the seven-day unconditional right of rescission once the consumer has given "prior consent" and "after the service has begun".
Therefore, once you have completed your purchase and activated or entered the subscription service period, refunds based on the seven-day cooling-off period are not available. At checkout, we will ask you to check a box confirming that you are aware of and agree to the above.
2. Circumstances Eligible for a Refund
In the following circumstances, you may still apply for a refund, which the Company will process in accordance with the rules after verification:
- Not yet activated: payment has been completed, but the subscription service has not yet started and has not entered the service period.
- Duplicate charge: the same order was charged more than once due to a system error.
- Service cannot be provided: due to reasons attributable to the Company, the service could not be provided from the outset, or was interrupted for an extended period and could not be restored.
3. Circumstances Not Eligible for a Refund
- The service has been activated and has entered the subscription service period.
- Suspension or termination of service due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
- A poor user experience caused by your personal device, network environment, or third-party factors.
- Beta or free-trial services, which carry no right to a refund or cash redemption.
4. Cancellation and Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription services may be canceled at any time during the valid period; after cancellation, the next cycle's fee will no longer be charged. The fee for the current cycle that has already begun is non-refundable, except in the circumstances set out in Section 2 above. A canceled subscription may continue to be used until the end of the current cycle.
5. How to Apply for a Refund and Processing Time
- Please email info@fikayard.com, stating your account, order number, transaction date, amount, and reason for the refund.
- The Company will review your application and respond with the result within 7 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds will be processed as a card reversal through the original payment channel (credit card) by a third-party secure payment provider; the actual posting time depends on the processing of each issuing bank, generally taking several business days up to one billing cycle.
